  • December–April (Dry Season): Sun-filled days, clear skies, and perfect beach weather.
     
  • May–August (Green Season): Lush landscapes, fewer crowds, and great value--but still have great beach weather!
     
  • September–October: Quietest months — ideal for travelers who love seclusion.  The beaches are always fabulous!

• Guests may encounter howler monkeys, parrots, hummingbirds, iguanas, and other local wildlife around the property. 
• While observing these animals is part of the Rashka Hacienda experience, guests must not feed, handle, or provoke wildlife.
• Feeding wildlife is prohibited because it harms the animals, disrupts natural behavior, and may increase risks to guests.
• Violating this rule may result in termination of stay without refund.
   

• Rashka Hacienda features a small fruit orchard within the property. Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden ambiance but please consider family owners, wildlife and other guests when harvesting fruit.
• Please respect the grounds, trees, and landscaping to preserve the natural setting for all.

By booking, guests confirm they have read, understood, and accepted these rules. Violation of any rule may result in immediate termination of stay without refund:

1. Assumption of Risk
   Guests acknowledge that staying in Costa Rica carries certain risks, including but not limited to wildlife encounters, uneven terrain, weather events, or outdoor activities. Guests assume all personal responsibility for these risks. 
2. Release of Liability
   The property owners of Rashka Hacienda shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, theft, loss, or damages that occur during the stay.
3. Indemnification
   Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rashka Hacienda, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or expenses arising from the use of the property, except in cases of willful misconduct by the owners.
4. Property Rules
   Guests agree to follow house rules regarding safety, respect for wildlife, and care of property. Violations may result in additional charges or immediate termination of the stay.
